Maintenance Request

Is this an emergency right now?

Stop and call immediately — do not use this form — if any of these are happening:

  • You smell gas, or a gas detector is going off
  • Fire, smoke, or a carbon monoxide alarm sounding
  • Water is actively flooding or a pipe has burst
  • Sewage backing up into the unit
  • An outlet is sparking, smoking, or burning
  • The unit has no heat and it is below freezing
  • A ceiling, floor, or stair is sagging or collapsing
  • An exterior door or window won't lock and the unit isn't secure

For gas odor: leave the building first, then call 911 and your gas utility from outside.

    Did that fix it?

    Tell us the details

The more specific you are, the more likely it's fixed on the first visit.
Up to 4 photos. A photo often saves a separate diagnostic visit.
    Entry permission
New Hampshire requires 24 hours' notice before entry except in an emergency (RSA 540-A:3). Granting permission here counts as that written notice for this request.

    Glad that worked

Nothing else to do — no request was submitted.
